Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping — $10.00 (estimated 3–7 business days)
- Express Shipping — $13.00 (estimated 1–3 business days)
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@lunacokids.com and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
